Our Commitment

Every product that leaves Bunker Prints is 3D printed, inspected, and packaged in Oklahoma, USA. We build gear for shooters, by shooters — and we stand behind what we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-Order Products

Each Bunker Prints product is printed to order. Because of this, we can’t accept general returns for reasons like “changed my mind” or “ordered the wrong model.” If there’s a fitment issue or printing defect, we’ll correct it quickly.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

  1. Contact us at info@thebunkerprints.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue.
  3. After verification, we’ll send a replacement or resolve it at no cost to you.

You won’t be stuck with a product that doesn’t work as intended.

Exchange Eligibility

  • We can exchange items if you received the wrong item/color, or a defective/damaged product.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • We cannot exchange used, custom, or modified products.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The product cannot be replaced or repaired due to stock/model discontinuation.
  • An order is canceled before printing begins.
  • A replacement cannot be delivered due to carrier or fulfillment issues.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Warranty — “Built to Last Guarantee”

If it breaks under normal use, we’ll replace it.

This warranty covers:

  • Cracks or structural failures during normal handling
  • Printing or material defects
  • Warping or separation that affects functionality

This warranty does not cover:

  • Heat damage (e.g., left in a hot car or near a heater)
  • Intentional modification or misuse
  • Normal cosmetic wear (scuffs, surface marks)
  • Damage due to incorrect installation or incompatible ammo cans/magazines

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email info@thebunkerprints.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description of how it failed.
  2. We’ll review and respond within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, a replacement will be printed and shipped promptly.

Shipping Costs

In most cases, you’re responsible for return shipping only if a return is required. If it’s our mistake (wrong item, defective print, shipping damage), we cover shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if printing hasn’t started. Once production begins, cancellation isn’t possible due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
